RETURN POLICY
Please read the return policy carefully before making your purchase.
Made to order items cannot be returned, replaced or exchanged. No refunds offered.
Limited edition items are eligible for returns, but not replacements. Please read exchange eligibility terms below.
Exchange eligibility:
- Garments must be returned to the brand within 7 days of purchase
- Garments must have original labels intact.
- No loose threads, tears, or alterations.
- Must be returned with the original cloth bag.
Exchange process:
- If your return meets the conditions, store credit will be issued within 3 business days to your email/phone number.
- If not, the garment will be returned without credit.
General return policy:
- Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- Receipt or proof of purchase required.
- Start a return by contacting raishaaofficial@gmail.com or Whatsapp (link).
- You'll receive a return label with instructions. Courier charges are to be borne by the customer.
- Contact raishaaofficial@gmail.com with any questions.
Important notes:
- We cannot accept returns on made to order items.
- Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there are any defects, damage, or wrong items received.
