Before you proceed with your purchase, please take a moment to acknowledge the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your access to and use of our website and the purchase of our products.
1. Product Descriptions and Images:
We strive to accurately represent our products on our website. The model photo displayed is of the exact sample item. Please note that while we maintain minimal image editing, slight colour variations may occur between the product photograph and the actual item. This can be due to factors like screen calibration and lighting.
2. Quality Control and Processing:
All garments undergo a thorough dry clean before being packaged and shipped. Please allow 24 hours for order confirmation and 3-5 business days for order processing before contacting us regarding an order tracking status. This timeframe allows for a meticulous quality control check.
3. Availability and Returns:
We only hold one sample per size in stock. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds on purchases, unless the sample is no longer available. However, you may exchange your garment for store credit within 7 days of purchase, provided it meets the following satisfactory quality control conditions.
3.a. Satisfactory Quality Control Conditions:
- The garment must have its original label intact.
- There must be no loose threads or tears in the fabric.
- The cloth bag provided with the item must be returned along with the garment.
- The garments are not altered in any way to fit the customer.
4. Exchange Process:
If your return meets the satisfactory quality control conditions, store credit will be issued within 3 working days of receiving the returned item to the provided email address/ phone number. If the garment does not meet the quality control standards, it will be returned to you without issuing store credit.
