RETURN POLICY

We understand that finding the perfect fit is important, but due to the limited production of one sample per size, we're unable to offer refunds on purchases. However, we want you to be happy with your garment, so we offer exchanges for store credit within 7 days of purchase.

Here's what you need to know:

Exchange eligibility:

  • Garments must have original labels intact.
  • No loose threads, tears, or alterations.
  • Must be returned with the original cloth bag.

Exchange process:

  • If your return meets the conditions, store credit will be issued within 3 business days to your email/phone number.
  • If not, the garment will be returned without credit.

General return policy:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • Receipt or proof of purchase required.
  • Start a return by contacting raishaaofficial@gmail.com or Whatsapp (link).
  • You'll receive a return label and instructions.
  • Contact raishaaofficial@gmail.com with any questions.

Important notes:

  • We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there are any defects, damage, or wrong items received.
